Hello friends! Lets try something fun. Im gunna call it Chubby Bunny Question and Answer period for people who know things. So as I stroll along on my journey to greatness I find there is so much my Chubby Bunny brain hasnt concerned itself with. But now I want answers!! Here are a few things that have been troubling me and I call on anyone with a clue to help me. I may tag people in the comments I think have a clue about fitness, mostly by screening my news feed for shredded abs. If I leave out anyone dont be offended. Just post more pics of abs. Question 1. Is there a difference between Brown Basmati rice and Regular brown rice (I mean nutritionally) which is better (nutritionally). I really prefer Brown Basmati. Question 2. While were talking about rice, Im also wondering how to count the calories in myfitnesspal app. When it says per 1/4 cup. Is that 1/4 cup before or after u cook it? Beecause it puffs up? Hahah. Question 3. Ive been working out 6 days a week and dieting 6 days a week. So far ive been having cheat day and no workout day on the same day. Is that smart? Or should I seperate them. Lets say I dont work out friday.... but I save my diet cheat day for sunday and still work out. Or keep them together? Question 4. Should I still do cardio when my legs are sore from squats? I did today and now the pains almost gone... but maybe itll be back worse tmrw? Whats the general rule on that one? This should be a good start. Ill post more questions as I think of them.
