Hello my fellow Kick-ballers! So excited for tomorrow. I will send an email to all of you as well, so we are all connected and in touch weekly. If you cant make a game, please post in here or on email as soon as you know so we can find subs for your spot. We have 14 on our team, up to 18 can play. This week we are short two, if we dont get two subs we cant play :( Our first game is TOMORROW! WAHOOO! Amanda and Jamie cant make it due to prior travel plans. If anyone else cant make it, let us know ASAP! Also, any friends on our team that arent in this group - feel free to add. The more subs the merrier - friends can sign up online until 1pm the day of the game, $20 a game - and walk-ups to the game the day of are welcome. Here are the rules in regards to subbing & here is the link to be a sub: nycsocialsportsclub/index.php/members/substitutions.html Registration Instructions Substitute players may attend a single night of games by registering in advance or as a walk-up the day of the game*. All subs must sign a liability waiver and pay a single-night participation fee**. PRE-REGISTER Deadline to pre-register is 1:00pm on the day of games, Monday-Friday. Walk-ups are welcome*. Use the registration form below to pay by credit card and simplify your arrival at the games. Please check in onsite with our Game Coordinator, who will confirm your pre-registration and will issue a league pinnie that must be worn for the duration of the game and promptly returned. If you choose to pre-register, please include the following items in the comments section of the form: - Sport/Division (ex: Kickball Thursdays LES) - Date you will be a substitute - Team you will be joining - Player you will be replacing You will receive a message that you are waitlisted. Click ok and register anyway. Your credit card will not be charged until we confirm your substitution request. WALK-UP Substitute players can register onsite the day of the game*. Check in with our Game Coordinator who can process your payment (cash only), provide the required liability waiver, and issue a league pinnie that must be worn for the duration of the game and promptly returned. Limitations Teams playing with subs may not exceed the headcount of their original roster and individuals may not serve as substitute players more than 3 times during the regular season. No substitutions are allowed during any playoff game. NYC Social Sports Club will make every attempt to include off-roster guests but reserves the right to deny any substitution request.
