Hello, my name is Bob Robert Pascoal and I am the current president of the LAGN, Landlords Association of Greater Niagara. This Facebook group is a great find as far as I can tell. If you feel my post is inappropriate for this group I apologize and wont do it again if instructed not to do so. The LAGN has been working on a number of ordinances with the city of Niagara Falls. Our hope is that they will hold unethical landlords and destructive, ill behaved tenants accountable for their actions. Good landlords have more in common with homeowners than most people think. We want our property values to increase. This means safe, quiet, neighborhoods. As landlords all we ask of our tenants is that they pay their rent on time, get along with their neighbors and not destroy their apartment. So here is my pitch to you. If you believe in just a little of what Ive said, you should probably check out the LAGN web site because you are the type of landlord who would benefit from what we do. Now the site is only 2 months old and is constantly being updated, but I think you will get a good idea of we stand for and are working on. There is a form you can fill out to receive regular emails that will keep you informed and up to date. These emails are sometimes used to call people to action to stop or promote laws that have a direct impact on all the lives in this city.
