Hello, my name is Karin, and Im addicted to nooch. I just made a batch of vegan parmesan cheese to use on a vegetable side dish for dinner tonight. If I dont eat it all before then itll be a miracle. And no, Im not a vegan. Its just that delicious! Heres the recipe: 3/4 C raw unsalted cashews 3 tbsp nutritional yeast 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp sea salt (the recipe called for 3/4 tsp but I thought that was a little much) Pulse on high until all nice and crumbly like grated parmesan cheese.
