Hello to you all!! As some of you know I had to take my husband, Brandi Ivy to the ER last night. We thought he may have had another stroke. They did a CT Scan, which showed no bleeders or masses. But the doctor himself said the best way to check for stroke is with an MRI. Why he didnt order one is beyond me. We are to follow up with Neurologist. I know from past visits, he will more than likely order the MRI himself. Which means Brandis deductible will now have to be met. My son Jake went to a few of his doctor appointments this week. The Endocrinologist has ordered xrays and a bone density test and the Neurologist and Orthopedic doctors ordered a CT Scan of his entire spine.We were able to get him fit for new orthotics while at the Orthopedic appointment. That saved time and money. I was very thankful for that! Now we have to buy Jake a new mattress for his back. Im in tears right now as Im typing this. Im trying so hard to be strong. Im just so overwhelmed with EVERYTHING thats going on in our lives right now. To those of you that have donated money to help us, I will never be able to thank you enough or ever repay you with money. I can repay you with love and prayer, but thats about it. I am truly humbled by all who have responded thus far. We still have many doctor appointments scheduled with no end in sight. If you are led to help us, thank you. If you cant, its ok. All I ask is please dont judge us. It is hard enough to ask for help without worrying if people are judging us. Again thank you! I love you all! Q
