Help a Mom Out: She writes: I have a 9 yr old w Aspergers and ADHD. He has been on the Daytrana patch for over a year. It makes school soooo much easier for him, but at home he is becoming increasingly agitated. Really bad. I spoke to his Dr. And she suggested adding Intuiv. He was on a higher dose of Daytrana, but we cut it in half now, because of his inability to gain weight and constant irritation. He is slowly gaining, and feels somewhat more content, but there is still so much unnecessary anger and agitation over normal activities. I just want to help him be happy. His school life has been made easier, and now I just want him to find some peace at home, and not be constantly on the edge. He is way too young to live this way We have tried dietary changes, etc. many times. I am looking for input on Daytrana and Intuiv.
