Help needed...I got this note from my landlord this morning: Brian was up at the farm this past Sunday. As you have seen a lot of work has been to enhance the overall appearance of the Farm. This will be on going. We have asked you numerous times to keep your yard and apartment clean and neat. (as stated in your lease) It is not. This must be attended to immediately. I do know you told me when the Realtors mentioned your home was in disarray it was due to your boyfriend just moving in. This was more then a month ago. It must be straightened up. Brian also noticed a cable coming from your home into our barn. This must be removed. Also, all of you and your boyfriends belongs must be removed from our barn. We had told you in the past this is not a storage area for you. Brian will be up to the farm some time between Thurs. and Sunday. He will be coming in to do a walk through of your apartment. Please have the inside and outside in order.
