Here I go again....YES....Im going to post about Candida overgrowth and doing the spit test to see if you have it and need to rid your gut of it=) This is serious stuff....85% of Americans have it without knowing about it. I had it and didnt have a clue, but I will tell you since taking the ProBio5 and eliminating it, Im not near as moody, my joints dont hurt (I was having MAJOR issues w/ my knees and hands), Im no longer bloated and I dont get that feeling of wanting to take a nap every afternoon. Its crazy what having a clean gut can do for your body. YOU CAN DO THIS SIMPLE TEST AT HOME TO SEE IF YOU NEED PROBIO5: First thing in the morning, before you put ANYTHING in your mouth, fill a clear glass with room temperature Bottled Water. Work up a bit of saliva, then spit it into the glass of water. Check the water every 15 minutes or so for up to one hour. If you have a potential problem, you will see strings (like legs) traveling down into the water from the saliva floating on the top, or cloudy saliva will sink to the bottom of the glass, or cloudy specks will seem to be suspended in the water. If there are no strings and the saliva is still floating in one cohesive blob or has completely disappeared after at least one hour, you probably have Candida under control.
