Here are the Liz, Jake, Ric scenes from today. This is a mixed bag for me. Ric goes to see Jake & basically tells him to butt out, Liz & Epiphany chat and then LIz goes to see Jake. I loved that LIz & Epiphany shared time together today and as usual, Piphy sees what Liz cant. LIz needs someone to help her sort things out b/c it is her nature to fix everyone and to try again and to fight for the underdog, which gets her in lots of trouble. Epiphany is a realist. Liz is a dreamer. She needs that kind of friend to balance her. On the other hand, I hated that instead of seeing LIz and Ric spending time together, RC takes the cheap way out and has LIz tell us about it. It seemed cheesy to me. Plus, I still feel like its hard to believe Liz would really forgive Ric, much less say she loved him. I need to see them talk about the things that happened between them, why they didnt work before, and why he is really going to be different. Why should she trust him a third time? She has had nothing to do with Ric since Jasons trial in 07, when Ric outed Liz & Jason and raked her over the coals. Its hard to believe she just forgot about that. I would buy into these sudden feelings of hers if I had seen them hash it out. But alas, RC wont go there. I already love Jake so much and just feel so sorry for him. OMG, he was cleaning up her house and helping do laundry. He loves her boys.
