Here are two other new regulations that are being shoved down American citizens throats..once again this is called Unified Agenda..ie regulations (amendments) to existing executive orders and such. This next one is to protect religious entities and non profits (la Raza etc) from states trying to prevent them aiding and abetting illegals the HHS department is funding to bring here to the US. USDA/AgSEC RIN: 0503-AA55 Publication ID: Fall 2014 Title: Implementation of Executive Order 13559--Partnerships With Faith-Based and Other Neighborhood Organizations Abstract: This rule would revise USDAs generally applicable regulation in 7 CFR part 16 regarding the equal protection of faith-based organizations in the Departments programs and activities. These revisions are being undertaken to implement the provisions of Executive Order (EO)13559, Fundamental Principles and Policy making Criteria for Partnerships with Faith-Based and Other Neighborhood Organizations. Executive Order 13559 revised Executive Order 13279, which provides the legal basis for USDAs current faith-based rules, by changing terminology, clarifying existing principles, and prescribing additional beneficiary protections. Some of the changes that pertain to this rule making include restating inherently religious activities as explicitly religious activities, clarifying the distinction between direct and indirect Federal financial assistance, and implementing the beneficiary protections specified in section 2(h) of Executive Order 13559. USDA/AgSEC RIN: 0503-AA57 Publication ID: Fall 2014 Title: ●Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Age in Programs or Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance Abstract: USDA seeks to issue a Department-wide regulation to implement provisions of the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended, and the Governmentwide age discrimination regulation promulgated by HHS to prohibit age discrimination in programs and activities receiving Federal financial assistance. Question: Why are these regulations under USDA?
