Here is a nostalgic item which hung on my Dads garage for most of the 50s and 60s, at 7544 Clark St. I took it off when the glass broke, and saved it. At the time my Dad said, What the heck do you want to save a broken thermometer for?!?!?!!? To which I responded, Oh, I dunno, Pop, someone might want to see it in the future... That conversation took place in 1967. When I recently found this item in all my weird stuff, I thought, Wow, man, the future is now!!!! ( L Click on photo to enlarge).
