A Coronal Mass Ejection is visible from this event on the latest STEREO Ahead images but we have to wait for SOHO/LASCO images before we can really tell if this CME is coming towards Earth or not. However, an earth-directed component is not impossible considering the source location of this eruption. More updates will follow tomorrow once LASCO images are available.
