Here is a wonderful testimony from a friend in Australia (yes I will translate into pounds and inches!) I started my Program back on September 1 2012. At that time I was totally burnt out, stressed, I wasnt sleeping well & I felt unhealthy with very low self esteem. All this even though I was eating predominantly a raw organic diet with some organic meat here and there (also some fish a couple of times per week) but my diet was what most would consider very healthy. My initial 30 Day Nutritional Cleanse (starting Weight 73.1KG/ 161pounds) was incredibly life changing.. I released 5.4KG (11.9 lbs)of body fat & added 2KG (4.4lbs) of lean muscle and after only 4 days on the program I was sleeping right through the night and my tiredness had disappeared. By day 10 I felt like I was back to my old energetic self again. I achieved this without altering my previous exercise regime of only 2 days per week (weight training - no cardio). I dropped from 18% total body fat to 12% body fat. After my first 30 Days I felt so amazing and was inspired to keep it going and with all of my new found energy I increased my level of training to 4 days per week (all weight training - no cardio). After 90 Days I was back at my starting weight of 73.1KG however my body fat had reduced further down to 8% from 18%. So from day 1 at 73.1KG and with 18% body fat I was now the same weight 90 days later at 73.1KG but only 8% body fat.. I had transformed body fat into lean muscle. I also felt in the best shape of my life and more energetic and vibrant than I could ever remember - Fast forward to today, 2 years since I began this incredible journey and my body and energy is at a place I could never have dreamed of at age 40. I am now a Crossfit Athlete in the Masters Division and I am lifting heavier, running faster, am more flexible and have more endurance than at any point in my life. I am 73.5KG (162 lbs) and body fat is around 6.5%. Words cant describe how grateful I am for the energy and passion I have for life now!!!!
