Here is my new dramatic breaking news on this latest choke hold thing . Does anyone out there have any proof and I mean substantial proof not hearsay where a perpetrator who was told they were under arrest and to put their hands behind their back and such perp complied and suffered physical injury at the hands of police officers ? I watched the same video and I know it is all about perception but the underlying question is what would have happened if this man did what he was told instead of pulling away from the officer and continually claiming he didnt do anything wrong? He not once but three times pulled away from the officers before they took him down to the ground.
