Here is the move I was talking about!! It is great for your core, shoulders, triceps and arms. Keep your core engaged! Hands under elbows Elbows slight bend & under your shoulders When your moving roll forward on your toes HUG your elbows into the sides of your body Keep the tops of your shoulders pulled back CORE ENGAGED! :) if you cant do this that is ok! Lower to your knees - keep your core locked and elbows tight against your body and practice tricep push ups. If you need a demo let me know!
