Here it is! The session I was afraid of all week, hence the carb load Wednesday and Thursday. A shame that my last set was the only one I nailed with sufficient speed! 82.5 1x5 97.5 1x4 112.5 1x3 127.5 1x2 120 1x3 105 1x4 75 1x5 Couldnt perform light dumbbell flys or the 4 x exercise triceps workout afterwards due to re-injuring elbow on 127.5, but now after icing 3 times it feels better and ready for Monday. Was very lucky to get through all of the benching with the pain! GPA World Powerlifting & Bench Press Championships in November.
