Here peeps for the masses struggling with FB PPC a little clarity for those trying to see through the fog. 1. Get your controls first with your split test. You dont need to split test more than 3 elements of your campaign, anymore than that and you are wasting your ad spend. (So many people do this it drives me crazy) Set up your tracking and conversion pixels and look at your reporting on both ends when you do that you WILL KNOW what to fix and where all the holes are. The NUMBERS NEVER LIE. 2. You now know how many ads to put in each campaign to reach maximum audience depending on the two strategies we discussed. (This I leave out for competition reasons, I was having a conversation with a good guy and helped him. but hey Im still giving away actionable content so read on, lol) 3.segment out your custom audiences into tighter targeting to really increase and scale your ROI part of the missing secret sauce with custom ads is most people still create them ass backwards. If your custom audiences is created in a mass market mentality how custom can it really be? Think about the end first, then reverse engineer the entire campaign. 4. BUILD THE FREAKING LIST Why are you dropping money on the ad spend and not building the list and surveying and segmenting the asset to leverage it 7 different ways afterward? (I have to scratch my head when I see this, then want to drive it into the wall) 5. Copy is king dude, persuasive, intriguing copy to preframe the targeted prospect and the funnel goes to work.
