Here we go again! Thursday marks the beginning of Indiana DeMolay Conclave where the young men from throughout the state gather for competitions in ritual, sporting events and going the longest without sleep. As an advisor, my job is to give proper motivation for arriving to the events on time, getting them up before noon, helping with crash courses on memorizing parts and setting the example of keeping calm while exhausted teenagers run amok around me. Pity and prayers for me will be appreciated.......
