Heres a couple of new moves for you to try! Top left: close grip seated row with the first 6 reps havig an added lower back element. Keep your chest up and your booty back and let the weight go all the way to the end of the machine, and pull it back in a deadlift fashion with your lower back. And THEN pull backwards using your middle back in the upright position like a regular seated row. This should be a fluid movement once you get the form down. And learned this one from @strippcam rear delt flyes with your chest on the bench to help stabilize you so you can really focus on the rear delts for the movement without the momentum.
