Heres a fun yet challenging workout for outside! Grab whatever you have that you can use: tire, sled/sand bag, rope, tree branch, rings at the park. What to do: pull-ups to failure. Tire flips 5x4 with sprints in between each set. Sled pulls, forward there then backwards back x4. Tire box jumps (way harder than it looks because of the instability of the tire) 10x4. Push-ups 10x4. Up-down planks 10x4 (if these are too challenging start off with a standard plank, held as long as you can x4). Mountain climbers 15x4. Finish off with ring rows 10x4.
