Heres a little video of Maddox. Hello there! My name is Maddox II. Im a very tiny 4 yr old Yorkie. I only weigh 5 lbs so Im a miniature. Im the product of a puppy mill so I have the usual common issues us puppy mill dogs sometimes have. My house-training needs work as does my confidence. Im weary of people at first but once I see how nice you are, I will warm up to you and give you lots of kisses. Im not at all aggressive, just skittish. My teeth will be done shortly as they are in bad shape. Again, a very common trait found in puppy mill dogs unfortunately. Once that is taken care of, I may not have many teeth left but will still be able to eat well. I cant stress how important feeding me a good quality diet is crucial to my well-being as well as maintaining my oral care. Im a funny little guy with some odd quirks. When I need to poop, I dont squat. I just run in small circles and let it drop. Its quite a sight and gets me a lot of laughs. What can I say? Im a special guy. I guess thats why Im looking for that special human to give me the great life I so deserve. Someone patient and loving but also someone who will teach me to be a real dog....not a lap ornament or something cute you carry in your purse. I want to go for walks, roll in the snow or fresh grass. I want to play with stimulating toys, have a place where I feel safe and can flourish into a balanced and confident fellow. Im good with other dogs and cats but I am tiny so keep that in mind please. Im fragile by nature so no rough housing with big dogs for me and no young kids who may drop me or manipulate me too roughly. What do you say? Are you the one Ive been waiting for?
