Heres a new shape i came up with yesterday. If you follow my simple instructions you can make it too! Step 1: roll out a baguette Step 2: proof the baguette Step 3: drop the baguette off the board when your getting ready to load it, thus stretching it out beyond repair. Step 4: curse the bread gods for their fickle and puckish nature Step 5: tie the offending baguette in a series of knots Step 6: hurl it into the oven with disgust and bake with vigorous steam at 440 degrees for 18 minutes. Step 7: tell customers its a heart because You put I much love I to it.
