Heres a sample of my 25 workout. Do 25 reps of a more challenging variation. So if you can do a regular push up with out a problem, do 25 diamond pushups. If youre feeling tired in the middle of the set but want to keep going, go down to the lower progression. Every 2 reps for the lower progression 2 equal 1 Rep for the workout. Example: 2 regular push ups = 1 Diamond push up The goal is to challenge yourself with a harder variation and for progressive overload since its not easily achievable with bodyweight training.
