Heres an interesting visualisation from We Own It showing how out of touch with public opinion the Westminster establishment parties (and UKIP) are when it comes to privatisation vs public ownership. Its as if the four establishment parties dont give the slightest damn about what the public want. They have a corporatist neoliberal agenda to serve, and they think that our grotesquely unproportionate voting system and staggeringly biased mainstream media means that theyll be able to keep their cartel on political power going indefinitely, no matter how much they defy public opinion. The most in-touch with public opinion are the Green Party of England and Wales / Scottish Green Party. Plaid Cymru and the Scottish National Party (SNP) come out with some credit too.
