Heres my client Mel and her younger brother Aatif undertaking my Seek & Destroy High Intensity Circuit last night! Real Gains and pain! Heres what the circuit consists of: Set 1 (no breaks inbetween each exercise!) 5 x Inverted Rows 5 x bar hops (5 times each side of the bar) 30 seconds battle rope alternating waves 5 x push ups 5 x dips (on p-bar or on bench) 5 x squats 5 x hill sprints lunges forwards and backwards (determine the distance, it will remain the same through out the circuit) -1 minute Break- Set 2 10 x hill sprints Forward and backward lunges 10 x squats 10 x push ups 10 x dips 45 secs battle rope slams 10 x bar hops 10 x inverted rows - 90 second break - Set 3 1minute battle ropes 15 x push ups 15 x squats 15 x hill sprints 15 x inverted rows Forward and backward lunges 15 x bar hops 15 x dips - 90 second break - Set 4 - SUPERSET REP OUT ON EVERY EXERCISE UNTIL YOU CANT DO ANYTHING BUT BREATHE!
