Heres my report about the recent decision by a Periodic Review Board at #Guantanamo to continue holding Abd al-Malik al-Rahabi, a Yemeni, on the basis of a set of allegations made by prisoners who were tortured or are otherwise unreliable. Im extremely disappointed that the PRBs continue the disgraceful tradition of treating profoundly unreliable information about the prisoners as being somehow trustworthy.
