Heres the current grid for District 27 salaries. I would like to add that I have personally spent about 40,000.00 on my education and and 8 years of post secondary training. Im not striking for more money personally but rather for my kids, the families in this community and my and future students protection. Only teachers with salaries over 75,000 were shown on that old post and therefore it does not represent the average wage of teachers in this district. bcpsea.bc.ca/documents/27-SalaryGrid2010.pdf Ive been posting it for people to see that youd need at least 9 years AND a masters to be a teacher with that salary.
