Heres the thing....the barista went on and one about what Starbucks has done for him; helped with his tuition; given him insurance; given him money to cover his rent, etc...But what he didnt understand was that he can have BOTH! He can work for a company that takes care of its employees AND employees sustainable, environmental and health positive practices. He can speak up about this AND appreciate his job....I know this boy needs to take care of himself, I just hope one day he understands taking care of oneself means taking care of ones planet, and the super charged self-care involves working to see that fellow humans and animals are also considered along with the planet!
