Hey All! So Im moving out of my apartment on the 14th April and was wondering of anyone would be interested in take up a new lease with my agent AJ Duffy? They are really lovely and in the two years that I have lived there they have been really relaxed and easy to work with. Ive also never had an inspection which for me instilled trust. My place is on Lord Street, Newtown. It’s a one bedroom, one bathroom with a separate internal laundry. It also comes with a car space. When I moved it they had just given it a fresh whack of paint, new carpets and redone the floor in the kitchen. Neighbours are nice and keep to themselves. Rent is $350 per week + one month rent for bond. Water is covered in rent but Electricity is your responsibility. If anyone knows rents in Newtown you’ll know this is really good for a one bedroom apartment. THIS IS NOT A STUDIO. Let me know ASAP if you’re keen so I can put in a good word for you.
