Hey Everyone, I hope this post finds you all happy and healthy and well down the road towards better health! Here is a video I made highlighting High Country Kombucha and the great flavors they have created for us to utilize in our healthy living programs. Im sure most of you already know about High Country Kombucha and the wonderful benefits of drinking kombucha tea but it never hurts to brush up old info or if you havent herd of them then you get a new idea and product to play with. High County doesnt use synthetically lab created strains of bacteria in their Kombucha, they use a traditional heirloom variety of strains. This not only creates a more pure and effective tea but it makes the tea a perfect starter for you to use to grow your own SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast) and brew your own tea if you like. I have used High Country for some time now and couldnt happier with the results. I hope you like the video and find it useful and informative and please share and like it if you do.
