Hey Fitness Trainers!!! I need your advise. I have SI joint dysfunction and having severe pain in my lumbar spine, Piriformis muscle which is pressing on my sciatic nerve. My hip flexors are super tight and painful. This has been an issue for over a year now. Recently I moved a friend and the injury has become more intense. I am in PT but desperately want to get back into the gym. I need to know what I can do for exercise that wont irritate my condition further. To give you an idea of when it hurts the most.. It is super painful to sit, drive, bend over and put in my socks. I am getting out of shape everywhere else and feeling down from lack of exercise. Comment hear or PM. I appreciate your direction
