Hey Golf Fans:-) was a really good final today for my winter league finishing 5th overall. my first singles final ever, and very surprised just how competitive it was. After winning £50 for topping the winter league group stages, the final was upon us. £100 1st place, £75 second, £50 third and £25 for fourth. played ok but made a few silly errors, pressure of the final got to me a little. got through first 2 knockout stages only to miss a dead cert par on a par three that would have seen me into the final four for the final 3 holes. lost by 1 point. Still, a very good first time experience and shall definately be wiser and better for the next final. First golf society day Knebworth on Tuesday lets hope for some more flowerz magic:-)
