Hey Ledgers, I just spoke to king a minute ago to confirm what I was told and indeed it is 8% of the park fee. I needed to hear it from him so I did not end up paying the wrong amount. So thats the deal. This is a new fee. King has not been paying this fee because it did not exist until recently so we are responsible for it. We include the 8% tax in the total bill. Hope this helps to clarify everything. He was very polite to talk to when I mentioned that an itemized bill would have helped clear up the confusion and he agreed. So there it is.
