Hey all, I hope everyone had a nice, long Thanksgiving weekend! i just wanted to let everyone know that my surgery date has been switched to Dec 6! they called last week and switched the day and the place of the surgery. I am now having it done at H D Grace hosp. on Dec.6 at 1pm. So, that means an additional 2 days with this damn catheter!! The Dr told me that they will take the catheter out 3 days after the surgery! I am doing good for now though. I honestly believe that this is just a set back on my road to recovery and my Oncologist feels the same! he also said he doesnt think it will throw off my bariatric surgery sched. for spring. I will know more after the surgery and dont want to get my hopes up too high! Ill keep you posted! Steve
