Hey everybody, getting ready to add to my workout routine, and I may challenge my wellness group members with this. I guess I am beginning to love working out, because I got so excited when I watched this, lol. So, I will be doing this in the morning and doing my Walk At Home in the evening. Its 44 minutes long, pray that I survive, lol. Getting ready to do it now, I will let you all know how it goes. Okay Mr. Blanks lets go old skool!
