Hey everyone.. Just to clarify a few things that have previously been asked of me. Q) Will I make a specific fragrance for you? A) Yes of course I would love to make whatever fragrance you love, but I will ask you to pay upfront for the order and you may have to wait a week or 2 if I dont carry the fragrance your asking for. Q) Do you make the Glasshouse fragrances or will it smell the same as the Glasshouse fragrances? A) No I dont make the Glasshouse fragrances, dont be offended as I say this but if you want Glasshouse fragrances buy them... I dont replica any other manufacture of candles, I am Soy Candles by Melanie and I have my own fragrances. My glassware may be similar but as Chandlers know there is only limited glassware within Australia. Q) Do you use colour? A) No not as a rule, I will however use it if requested. I choose to keep my candles simple and classic. Come Easter and Christmas you may see a little colour. My pods are coloured which helps identify fragrance once bundled in a pack. Q) Are your candles triple scented? A) No candle is ever triple scented, it physically cant be. Soy wax will only hold a certain percentage of fragrance before it starts to curdle, bubble, frost etc.. So if your buying a triple scented candle thinking your getting a more fragrant candle I would hate to smell the normal fragrance from this manufacture, as it probably wouldnt have any fragrance in it at all.. Soy Candles by Melanie uses the highest possible percentage of fragrance for Soy Wax which is why the fragrance is lasting the whole of the candle. Q) Will you price match? A) Very simple answer NO. Many hours go into purchasing, blending, melting, pouring, labelling, marketing etc.. Not to mention the time away from my children and husband. I know this is my choice to do so, and I truly love it. If you find a product that is cheaper, Im not offended if you purchase it. I hope this helps answer some questions...
