Hey fellow runners and race directors...Im sure that you are aware of the problem that Midland and Odessa have with races scheduled on top of each other. This does not benefit the organizations that need these races to provide care and support to our non-profits. I was just told that Mission Fitness had a press conference today to announce their Desert Dash on Nov. 8th. Well, as most of you know Kick for Kenya has had this weekend for 5 years. This will be our 5th Annual Kick for Kenya 1K/5K/10K and we take pride in running an efficient race with great swag bags, shirts, custom medals, and a fun family event. Last year was our biggest race yet at 700 runners and our hope is to be bigger and better this year! We hope that Midland & Odessa runners will stay loyal to the established runs who work hard to put on a great race! Hope to see you on Nov.8th for Kick for Kenya!! You wont want to miss it!!!
