Hey gang! I was really pleased with the Snatch and Jerk work today during our strength session. Things are looking a lot better with your bar paths, hip speed, and overhead mobility. Thank you all for being patient with me and my injured ankle. I will do my best coaching you all over the next couple weeks with the injury. Thank you all for your help while I am a little out of commission. Lets make sure we are pushing ourselves every single workout. For those who have aspirations of competing at Regionals on a Revamped Team or as an individual, remember you cannot take workouts off. They all have to be 110% effort and no going through the motions. PUSH YOURSELF! You shouldnt need someone else to push you. Hope you all took something away from the Mobility class tonight. Now you can put some of those drills to work. I will announce next weeks specialty class soon. Tomorrows WOD Strength: With 10 min. on the clock complete AMRAP of: 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups 1 Squat Clean (185/115) *Must increase squat clean weight (10lbs/5lbs) after each round. WOD 3 Rounds for time: 18 Power Cleans (185/115) 50 Walking Lunge Steps -15 min time cap- This should hurt! : )
