They continued chatting and Zanele tried her best to put on a happy face for her family and after supper she gave her mother grocery money then went to bed. In the morning everyone went to church and she didnt go. She cleaned the house then went to wash, after she was done washing she looked at her stomach in the mirror again, the bump was getting more visible, so she decided shell go to Mr Price and buy atleast 3 over sized t-shirts that shell wear at her madams house, that was her plan for hiding the stomach. Zanele went to the salon and took off the hairstyle she did then relaxed her hair after she was done she went home and made lunch for her family, babuya ecaweni and ate, then she wore her grey tracksuit pants, white tommys and white cardigan she hoped her mother and brother didnt notice the bump on her stomach. Then she went over to them and said shes leaving, they said good bye to her and she went to the stop and got in the taxi then left for town. She arrived and went to mr price and bought 2 large size of plain t-shirts and went to taxis going to Dorchester on the way she felt like crying because she knew that the day cannot end engamxelelanga uAce, Thandi was right he needed to know if he rejects her she knew that uThandi is there to support her so at lease she wasnt alone. She got off the taxi and arrived at the house, Nandi was with her friend Nomsa and the kids in the lounge drinking juice and eating muffins, she greeted and Nomsa greeted back, Nandi continued with her conversation without saying anything to Zanele. Zanele went up stairs to put her bag down then went down stairs again. Anele was not around and she wondered inoba uyephi. Zaneles heart started beating fast and she got scared still thinking of a way to tell him. She finally got done cooking and served every one then took Isipho and went to the kitchen. Zanele took the plates and served them a cake for dessert then washed the dishes and cleaned up. Nomsa said shes leaving. Enzo got excited and Nomsa said goodbye to Zanele and they left with Enzo, Zanele was left with Isipho and Anele. Anele went over to talk to her. Anele: babe can we talk about why you acting like this, come on Zar yintoni le ikutyato? Zanele: I... Im..( She started getting teary) please excuse me. She took Isipho and went to her room then gave her toys to play with, Anele followed her and entered her room. Anele: I told you Im not letting this go, kwenzeka ntoni ngawe? Zaneles heart started to break even more thinking of the worst now. Anele: oh Zar what have we done... Zanele started to panic and cried harder, she knew that shit was about to hit the fan and pulled away from him. He got up and paced up and down the room and said ssshit! Zanele said with a breaking voice Ive decided to give the baby up after giving birth, dont worry I wont cause trouble for you. Anele stopped pacing up and down and stood still then looked at her. Anele: you want to give away our baby? Zanele: ndithini ke? I cant afford the child , I dont want this child to struggle its best I give it away to a family that will look after it kakuhle anga dinginto. Anele: stop calling our baby it Zanele and I will not let you give my own flesh and blood away , why are you excluding me from this? Zanele: you have a family already , i- She broke down into tears. He hugged her again and said we created this baby together Zar, well try to find a plan to get through this She cried in his arms and somehow felt comfort after talking to him the father of the baby shes carrying, she held him tight and wished she could stay like that forever.
