Hey make plans to attend our First Beer Pairing Dinner with Max Supper Club and Door County Brewing Co. On October 9th, 2013, two of Bailey’s Harbor’s hottest new businesses are teaming up to offer a 4 course Beer Pairing Dinner at Max Supper Club. The evening will feature the award winning cuisine of Chef Mitch Ciohon pairing with the awesome craft brews of Door County Brewing Co. Representatives of the brewery will be on hand to introduce each pairing and Chef Mitch will be discussing his approach to selecting the menu for that evening. Dinner will begin at 6:00 pm and will be served in Max Supper Club’s main dining room. Cost is $35 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and reservations are required.
