Hey there, fuzzies~ It would appear that we have a room available for rent at The Robins Nest. Rent is $500 per month, this will include basic utilities such as water, gas, electricity and trash. You must have the first months rent payable upon move-in and it is recommended that you have either a steady source of income or the ability to pay your rent on time and consistently. The price of the monthly rent is non-negotiable, but if you move in mid-month, I will pro-rate the first months rent amount for you. Although its not required, I would recommend that you purchase your own renters insurance policy. Working for Farmers Insurance, I can get you a good rate (roughly $12-$15 per month on average). Everyone is also assigned a share of the general household cleaning. We will ask that you lend a hand cleaning up after parties, etc and that you have a tolerance for general furry shenanigans. We are also in the process of making the house free from cigarette smoke, (bedrooms, garage and outside are ok) but we are 420 friendly. We are located in Northeast Denver near 56th and Chambers, about 15 minutes from DIA and about 5-10 minutes from most food and shopping.
