Heyyy...a few people have asked for the pulled pork recipe from last week so here it is.... 2kg pork 2 brown onions 4 garlic cloves 1 cup chicken stock 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp chilli powder 1 tbsp salt 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cube chicken stock 1-2 cups BBQ sauce Put onion and garlic in bottom of slow cooker. Mix all sugar, salt, spices and the stock cube together and rub into pork. Put pork in slow cooker. Pour in chicken. Stock turn on for 8-10 hours on low. Take pork out and shred then add back in. Mix in BBQ sauce. Ta da!!
