Hhhhhmm. So Im lying here at home doing some work and I suddenly hear my neighbours sawing down a large bush that sits on the boundary of both their and my properties. Went out in pjs and asked what (the f@$&) are they doing. Oh we didnt know u were home, sorry. Its apparently a weed. No problem with removing it then, but wheres the communication and conversation? Happy to plant something non weedy in there. Glad I was here, otherwise I would have come home to a massive view of their garden. Good fences make good neighbours said Robert Frost. Maybe that is the answer here too.
