Hi All! Results for round 15 (Suzuka) are up at... openwheelers/f1comp/ E-mail Address is the address you registered with and Password is your password; pretty simple really! Suzuka was the one where OurMark qualled first. You know how he started . SebVet was also rubbish from the get-go and Lewis managed to clip him going past to puncture his right-rear. DisgustingPants managed to avoid said brouhaha and when the dust cleared, he was in the lead. Fast forward to the end of the race, OurMark chews tyres, goes a 3-stopper and manages to hunt down France-boy. SebVet, however, also managed to get ahead of DisgustingPants, so was in the lead and that is how it finished... SebVet, OurMark, DisgustingPants. To us! Least ideal: Scott Lovell, 267.5 points A Murussia Cozzy first ret hurt like hell on a jetski. Sergio went backwards off the grid to grant negative 40 positions-gained points. No component in triple figures; urgh! 2nd least ideal: Rob Pogainis, 336.5 points Lewis with a ret does not help proceedings one little bit. Being Merc-heavy as well is a double whammy with the Lewis ret a perfect storm to wreak havoc through Rob’s team . 3rd least ideal: Shaya Ghanbar, 354.0 points Again, the stench of Lewis. Caterham chassis impressively went negative in total. McL Merc engine was meh. It was left to StupidHulk to salvage some semblance of respectability, 138 points. Blah blah blah 3rd: Neale Fraser, 662.5 points One of the veterans of the comp, Neale has had a very solid trip to Japan this year with a very tidy bottom step of the podium. Neale even has the debilitating Caterham chassis in his team. How third!? SebVet, that’s how, plus add the RBR Ren engine into the mix for good measure. Nice! 2nd: Adam Grando, 683.5 points No SebVet here. Merc chassis we know about, suffering at the hand of Lewis. No, it was Fernando doing the damage with Sauber Ferr engine assisting. Should mention both Neale and Adam had the Gutierrez who had one of his best rounds of the season. Go Adam! 1st: Sam Sterland, 693.0 points Hajimemashite, Sam the Champ desu! It is left to Sam to school us in the art of F1 fantasy competition. Watch and learn people... no big 200+ component here, but it is solid scores from Kimi, the Gutierrez and Lotus Ren engine that brought home the bacon. STR chassis we don’t need to mention. Go Sam! India next. John out.
