Hi All, The season is nearly upon us so we thought we would give everyone a bit of an update where we are up to. So far for this season the club will be hosting two tournament events, the first will be, next month on the 27th and 28th September. This event will be part of the NSW Malibu series and will be as normal, jump trick and slalom, it will be open to skiers of all abilities, you dont need to be able to run the course to participate. I will attach an entry form and will post as an event. You will need to have AWWF membership to enter, and you can call Brendan Griffiths on 0427 715990 or Wayne Jones on 0447 868586 if you have got any questions. The second event will be the Queensland State titles which will be held on the 14th /15th March and we will post more details as the time gets closer. At this stage we are not planning to run our September ski school as we have in the past but call us if you would like to talk to us about opportunities regarding visiting coaches, or club days during the season, either send a message to our page or call us. We will post our next meeting date, which will be in the next couple of weeks and we encourage new members or those using the park that would like to step it up a bit into competition, to become part of the club. Of course all of this will be subject to water in the part, water levels are currently at 1.3m so we will be looking for much needed rain in large quantities pretty soon.
