Hi All, this wasnt group posted, but a little excursion today- while doing a drive up coast from Cape Banks light house, we passed an Amarok wandering down for a beach drive. Single car, driver with 2 young daughters. He became stuck, and while my old man and I watched from the light house, he got bogged on a steep part. We headed down and he had let tyres down to... 25psi, after being bogged, had no shovel, trax, or company with him. We got his tyres down to 15ish, rocked back and forth after a bit of sand shoveling, and he got out. Good news as tide was drifting in, and simple things taught to a relative newbie to assist. Preparation and company make a massive difference. This is not intended as a look at us, but sharing the knowledge and encouraging everybody to try the simple low risk before resorting to snatching, or getting a rescuer car bogged. Night all
