Hi Everyone, Just wanted to remind you that the next hearing date is set for December 17th 2014. We feel that she is going to try & make a deal and is using the Sheriffs not seizing the horses on that Friday as a technicality. We do know that the bonds in place have been being paid & that she is wanting the horses back. We do not know who is backing the payments of the bond, only that they are being paid. We will provide more information as we receive it. REMEMBER! We still need everyone to make their voices heard. Call, write, show up for hearings, etc. but make sure that they know that we are not going away. As far as updated pictures, the horses are being well cared for in an undisclosed location for their safety & current pictures will not be made available until after the case is complete. Please be patient. We will post information as we obtain it but remember, the judge did put a lid on everything at the last hearing so as not to jeopardize the case so information is limited at this time.
