Hi Girls, Well the Dr office called and told me she had sent a referral to the Podiatrist and it could take maybe 1 -2 weeks before they contact me. Hopefully they will have a cancellation and I can get in earlier----not keeping fingers crossed though. Im not waiting that long to see what is really wrong with my foot. Im going to rest tonight but tomorrow will start walking again with Leslie but with moderation. Im going back and copy Leslies 21 Day Challenge. Missed the first week and some days in between. So I need these miles to keep me going and hopefully use them until the New Year. Maybe Leslie will have another challenge between now and Christmas just to keep us all moving. Hubby helped me clean the house today and I got the laundry caught up for at least a few days. Tomorrow will concentrate on getting back into exercising......hate sitting!!!!
