Hi ! I have two rooms to rent from MIDDLE OF JANUARY. One of the room is bigger and was rented before for a couple, but can be of course rented for a one person. RENT FOR THE WHOLE APARTAMENT IS 13 300 + electricity and Internet. So if we are 3 people its 4 450 + bills, and if there is a couple the rent will be ofc lower. Its accommodated in one of the Gråspurvevej, NV. The apartment is bright and big with a living room and a kitchen. There is a basement and a parking spot. Its currently furnished with our furniture that can stay here or can be taken. THE DEPOSIT IS 15 200 and has to be paid when sign the contract. So if you know anyone that needs a room please let me know! It has to be a person who can of course pay monthly rent and can provide the deposit. I am a student at KEA I am 22 and most of the time I study . I am preferably looking for people in their twenties that can support themselves and have previously lived with others :) .
