Hi My Dear FB Friends!! As some of you know I have been a little under the weather lately. I had been sick for the year & a half. I was admitted several times to the hospital and the tests would show a bowel obstruction. Days later I would be sent home because everything was cleared. Well I was in the hospital as recently as May & then this August. I had major surgery on Aug. 15th and was found to have tumors in the intestinal area. The tumors were removed, a portion of the bad intestine, & 16 lymph nodes. The diagnosis came in. Neuroendrocrine Carcinoma. It is very hard to hear the big C word, especially when I have my plate full with my Dad being so ill now. Dr. Mateo Reyes, Dr. Godiness, & Dr. Tula are taking good care of me. This Tuesday I have an appointment with Dr. Tula to receive all of the results of the tests that I have endured this past month & the course of treatment I will be having. I feel blessed that all of you will be praying & supporting me. Since I have been out recuperating this past 6 weeks, the ministry funds have been exhausted. I will be having 3 fundraisers within the next 3 weeks. A bingo next Sunday, Oct. 6th, a Bowling Tournament Oct. 15th, & a Plate Sale. Please share with me & others your prayers & support & everyday, please help someone in need. This is the time for you to pay it forward.
